Monika Gruda (Rudzińska) is the Central Europe Regional IS SSC Leader in Manufacturing, drawing on extensive experience in IS project management and business applications across various roles. They started their career as a Trainee at Excellent s.j. in 2011 and subsequently served as an Assistant Project Director at Valeo Engine Cooling from 2012 to 2013. From 2018 to 2021, Monika held multiple positions at Valeo, including Poland ISSSC Office Automation Analyst and Business Applications Analyst, where they led numerous projects aimed at improving office automation and integrating business processes. Monika earned both an Engineer's and a Master's degree in Production Engineering and Management from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow.
