Peter Groth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Valeo since July 2006. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Valeo Mobility Tech Center, Peter oversees operations and leads Driving Assistance Research focused on autonomous driving and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Prior roles at Valeo include Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager, where Peter played a key role in leading the industrialization of radar sensors and managing radar warning application projects with major OEMs. Earlier experience includes technical project management and group leadership at Valeo Schalter und Sensoren and a position as a design engineer at Valeo Electrical Systems. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, along with executive development training from CEDEP.
