RUI ZHANG

Rui Zhang is a Mechanical Product Technical Leader at Valeo, where they have been managing R&D activities and ensuring robust design aligned with economic targets since 2018. Prior to this role, Rui served as the Head of Lighting Engineering at Changan Automobile European Designing Center from 2016 to 2018, and as a Design Leader at OLSA Group in 2015. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, they hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Politecnico di Torino, earned between 2008 and 2020. Rui has extensive experience in design and analysis of BIW parts, utilizing CAE tools like CATIA.
