Yannick Chopard

Yannick Chopard has extensive experience in purchasing and project management within the automotive sector, currently serving as Group Purchasing Segment Director at Valeo since February 2015, where previous roles included Purchasing Director Projects and Operations EMEA and Site Purchasing Manager. Prior to Valeo, Yannick held positions at MAHLE from January 2010 to January 2015, notably as Commodity Purchasing Manager for Europe, overseeing a team of buyers across multiple plants, and as Project Purchasing Manager for various projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Earlier experience includes project coordination and buying roles at BEHR FRANCE ROUFFACH, as well as productivity leadership at Valeo, and a technical engineering internship at Snop - Groupe FSD. Yannick's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial International Affairs from UTBM and a Master of Engineering from ENI Belfort, further strengthened by a DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering from IUT de Besançon.
