Deborah Quick has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Deborah started their career at InBev in 1997, where they held various positions such as Account Director and National Account Manager. During this time, they were responsible for managing key accounts like Asda, Sainsbury's, and Morrisons. Deborah also played a crucial role in the integration of Anheuser-Busch and InBev, focusing on contract terms, pricing strategies, and commercial integration.
In 2009, Deborah joined Fox's Biscuits as a Sales Controller, handling accounts like Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Waitrose. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility and led a team of Commercial Managers and Sales Executives. Later, they became the Head of Multiple Grocers at Tangerine Confectionery, where they managed a broad customer base. As the UK Sales Director at Tangerine Confectionery, Deborah developed and implemented a sales strategy to achieve annual sales of over £150 million, with full P&L responsibility.
Throughout their career, Deborah has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills in the sales and consumer goods industry.
Deborah Quick earned their BA Hons degree in English Studies from the University of Derby from 1993 to 1996.
