Jonathan Wight has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jonathan began their career at Unilever, where they held various roles in supply chain management, project management, and process control engineering. Jonathan then moved to JohnsonDiversey (formerly Unilever and SC Johnson) as a European planning and supply chain development manager. At Nike, they served as a program manager, leading strategic initiatives to integrate business planning and forecasting, improve demand forecasting accuracy, and implement sales and operations planning processes. Jonathan later joined K-Swiss as a supply chain director, responsible for planning, logistics, and customer service for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During their time there, they achieved cost reductions, optimized inventory, and implemented a supply chain strategy. Jonathan then worked as a senior consultant at Lean Methods Consulting before joining Douwe Egberts as the director of global supply chain planning in an interim role. Currently, they are the director of sales and operations planning and supply chain planning at Tangerine Confectionery.
Jonathan Wight attended Loughborough University from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a BSc Hons degree in Mathematical Engineering.
