We founded Valeon Partners because we believed the founders and families we served deserved more than a transactional relationship with their advisors. Born from a family office, we built a firm where every engagement is led by the people whose names are on the door.

Our philosophy is simple: senior people do the work. There are no hand-offs to junior teams, no layers between our clients and the expertise they need. We align our incentives with yours — because we believe advisors should have as much at stake as the people they counsel.
