Carrie Elder

Carrie Elder is an experienced professional in healthcare and claims management, currently serving as a Senior Supervisor at Valeris since June 2025. Prior to Valeris, Carrie worked at Molina Healthcare from November 2020 to July 2025 as a Manager of Appeals and Grievance, where responsibilities included managing a team of specialists and preparing regulatory reports. Carrie also held roles at Passport Health Plan, including Provider Claim Appeals Supervisor, where oversight of appeals for Medicaid claims was a key function, as well as Case Management Technician and Provider Claims Specialist, focusing on patient resource connection and claim troubleshooting, respectively.
