Michael Rowe has a diverse background in operations management and technology within the healthcare and contact center sectors. At TrialCard from November 2013 to June 2015, Michael served in several key roles, including Operations Manager of the Patient Experience Center and Processing Manager for HUB Services, where responsibilities included leading the Processing Department, establishing performance cultures, developing departmental policies, and mentoring staff. Currently, since August 2023, Michael holds the position of Director of Contact Center Technology & Design at Valeris.
