Ryan Pittman is a tech-savvy HR technology leader with over 15 years of HRIS experience, currently serving as the Workday HCM Lead at Valeris. Previously, Ryan has held key roles such as HRIS Manager at Hayward Holdings, where they managed Workday support and led system implementations, along with experience as a Principal Oracle HCM Consultant at Apps Associates and Manager of HR Technology at Collins Aerospace. Ryan earned the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications while transitioning from Tekelec to Oracle. Currently, Ryan is pursuing education at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
