Aline Marcondes

Aline Marcondes is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as Training and Development Manager at Valgroup since October 2020. Aline has held various roles at Valgroup, including Training Manager and Organizational Human Development Coordinator. Concurrently, Aline serves as a Training Specialist, Career Coach, and Psychologist at M&P Desenvolvimento Humano, a position held since January 2016, providing strategic career development, coaching, and psychotherapy services.
