Rafael Acassio

Rafael Acassio is an experienced production manager and process specialist with a degree in Industrial Production Management from Universidade Internacional, earned in 2012. They have held various positions in the production sector, including their current role as a Leader of Production at Valgroup since 2025. Previously, Rafael served as a Production Coordinator at Acquion Foodtech, overseeing the entire factory process and managing a team of 60 collaborators. In their earlier career, they worked at Danone from 2008 to 2013, progressing through roles that included Process Manager and Production Leader. Most recently, in 2023, they became the Production Supervisor at Acquion, where they were responsible for the collagen refinement and shipping sectors.
