Dmitriy Redka

Dmitriy Redka is currently the Preconstruction Manager at Valiant since April 2024, overseeing the estimating and preconstruction phases of large-scale projects while mentoring junior estimators. Previously, Dmitriy served as Chief Estimator at Manna Development Group LLC, where a new Preconstruction department was established, significantly enhancing bid response rates and project cost efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Estimator at ELLIS Contracting, Inc., where a four-person estimating team was led, and as an Estimator at SIMAC Construction, Inc. Dmitriy began a military career in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant before transitioning into construction management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on management.
