John L.

John L. has extensive experience in defense and operations, currently serving as a Defense Contractor at Valiant Integrated Services since March 2019. Prior to this role, John Laganelli was the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles from July 2015 to April 2019. John has a distinguished military background, including over 29 years as a US Army Officer, where notable positions included Battalion Commander of the 3rd Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment, and various strategic leadership roles within USARCENT. John holds two Master's degrees in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and National Security Policy Studies from the US Navy War College, along with a Bachelor's in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College.
