Dan Lascell

Dan Lascell is an experienced legal and corporate advisor currently working with various tech companies, providing expertise in General & Administrative functions, fractional General Counsel services, and corporate development since 2024. Lascell also holds roles as an Operating Advisor and Partner at Tercera, and as an Advisor to LookDeep Health and Sip Tequila | Compoveda. In addition, Lascell serves as Board Advisor at 10K Advisors and is a Board Member for Hopeman Brothers Inc, Valiantys, and Terazo. Previously, Lascell was Vice President and General Counsel at Bugcrowd Inc and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Appirio, Inc., which was acquired by Wipro in 2016. Lascell earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Music from Hamilton College.
