Oussama Litane

Oussama Litane currently serves as the Head of Transformation and Head of Performance at Valiantys, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial finance and strategic performance initiatives, such as end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, and developing ad-hoc analysis for informed decision-making. Previously, Oussama held various leadership roles at ProxisDeveloppement, driving transformation projects for a large French industrial holding across multiple sectors, and gained experience at Boston Consulting Group as a Business Development & Planning Analyst. Oussama's earlier career includes financial roles at KRDS, Yum! Brands, and others, complemented by a Master's in Management with a focus on Finance from emlyon business school.
