Desiree Kox

Desiree Kox has extensive experience in service management and delivery, currently serving as Service Delivery Management & Bid Management at Valid since December 2012. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager at Fujifilm and Technical Incident Manager at Vodafone Netherlands. Notable contributions include involvement in the META GEMS project at DSM, where implementation of service management processes was achieved, and consultancy at MAASTRO clinic for operational service management improvements. Desiree has held various positions at DSM, SABIC, NXP, and LogicaCMG, including Process Coordinator and Project Leader. Desiree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and has early experience as Secretary of the Medical Staff Board at Orbis medisch en zorgconcern.
