Vanessa Shimizu

Vanessa Shimizu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Valid since August 2021. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked as HR Business Partner at Itaú BBA and Itaú Unibanco, where responsibilities included developing strategic HR initiatives across multiple regional hubs and serving as a trusted advisor to local leadership teams.
