Chrys Kyee

Chrys Kyee is a Senior Project Manager at Validant since December 2020, previously serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Lead at Genentech from February 2001 to December 2020. At Genentech, Chrys led significant projects that resulted in the implementation of TrackWise Global Change Control across over 20 sites in both Biologics and Small Molecules Operational Units. Mentorship was provided to a junior team member in maintaining and enhancing support processes using the SCRUM methodology. Chrys also spearheaded changes in the Global Product Complaint System, improving On Time Closures, and implemented a new mechanism for GMP system account provisioning, enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborating with Informatics, Chrys helped institute an agile development methodology, facilitating more effective software changes.
