Justin Pennington, RAC, serves as the President and Principal Consultant at The QMS Group LLC. With extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at prominent organizations such as Validant, NSF International, Toscano Consulting Group, and Parexel, Justin Pennington has established a strong background in regulatory affairs and quality management. Justin Pennington holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Mississippi, earned between 2000 and 2005.
