Manuel Pol is an accomplished Senior Consultant with extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Currently serving at OptiGroup LLC and ALKU since January 2018 and December 2016 respectively, Manuel has a proven track record of providing product impact assessments for FDA compliance and consulting services for parenteral manufacturing plants. From April 2013 to present, Manuel has also been overseeing projects at Validant, managing audit observations related to cGMP standards. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Watson Pharmaceuticals and Senior Quality Consultant positions at Schering-Plough and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico and multiple MBAs from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a Master Certification in Train the Trainer from SkillPath Corporation.
