Gregory Urban

Gregory Urban has had a long and varied career in the technology and customer service industries. From 1995 to 2005, they worked at Verizon Wireless Career (Nynex, to Bell Atlantic Mobile to Verizon Wireless) in various roles, including Corporate Account Executive and Sales Associate. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Data Analyst and Customer Service and Enterprise Sales Manager at Validas. In 2019, they became Co-Owner and Front-End & Wordpress Developer at OOgly Eyes Designs, and also worked as a WordPress Developer and SEO Specialist for Self. In 2020, they founded UrbanPressed. At Validas, they managed strategic development of enterprise operations and client relationships, and developed algorithms and customer service operations that analyzed over 7 million wireless bills and was used by 2 major US carriers. Gregory also conceptualized and staged various products.

Gregory Urban attended Farmingdale State College from 1999 to 2001, where they earned Some College in Business Marketing. In 2018, they attended BloomTech and obtained a Full Stack Web Developer degree, specializing in Javascript, React, HTML, CSS, React, Redux, Front-End, Back-End, and UI.
