Xaviヨr Vila has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Xaviヨr is currently working as the Chief Information Security Officer at Validated ID, where they are responsible for setting up and managing the Integrated Management System based on ISO standards and the Spanish Security Schema. Additionally, they are a Co-teacher in the Bootcamp module at Inesdi Business Techschool, focusing on Cryptography & Security applied to Blockchain.

Xaviヨr has also worked as a Social Media & Community Manager at ISACA Barcelona Chapter, where they managed the chapter's social media platforms and website. Xaviヨr also held the role of CTO at Digital Labels S.L., where they were responsible for establishing network, communication, and security procedures.

From 1995 to 1999, Xaviヨr attended Escola Universitaria Politecnica de Mataro (Tecnocampus) and obtained a degree in Telecommunications Technology/Technician, earning the EurIng Title and Parchment 32490.

In 2013, Xaviヨr enrolled at ISED: Instituto Superior de Estudios and completed a degree in Global security management, focusing on management, in 2014.

In 2020, Xaviヨr pursued further education at OBS Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Blockchain and its applications in business, emphasizing business and social skills. This degree was completed in 2021.

Starting in 2022, Xaviヨr attended the University of Helsinki and is currently working toward a degree in Artificial Intelligence. The program, "Elementos de IA," is expected to be completed in 2023.

Additionally, Xaviヨr has acquired several certifications over the years. These include the Transition Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001:2022 from BSI in June 2023, the CQI and IRCA Certified BCMS ISO 22301:2019 Lead Auditor from BSI in June 2021, and the CDPSE certification from ISACA in May 2020.

Xaviヨr has also completed the Autopsy Online Training from Basis Technology in April 2020 and received the BSAFE certification from UNDSS in June 2019.
