Caitlin Brown

Caitlin Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2013, Caitlin worked as a Lab Monitor at UWF Fabrication/Print Lab until 2015. Following that, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sky Lab Monitor at the University of West Florida. In 2016, Caitlin served as a League Collegiate Ink Distributor at League Collegiate Outfitters. In 2017, they joined Salient CRGT as an Information Technology Help Desk Tier 1.0 Technician and later moved up to become an Information Technology Help Desk Tier 2.0 Technician in 2019, where they worked until 2021. Starting in 2019, Caitlin worked at Global Commerce and Services, LLC as an IT Help Desk Tier 1.0 Agent at the NASA Enterprise Service Desk until 2021. Currently, they are working at ValidaTek, Inc. as a Network Administrator, having started as Tier 1.0, then Tier 2.0, and currently serving as the Network Administration & Engineering Supervisor.

Caitlin Brown completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design at the University of West Florida from 2011 to 2015. Caitlin also obtained several additional certifications, including "Aligning Goals and Priorities To Manage Time" and "Establishing Team Goals and Responsibilities, and Using Feedback Effectively" from Skillsoft in April 2023. In June 2022, they received the "IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst" certification from IBM. In April 2020, they acquired the "ITIL Foundation Level" certification from Pearson VUE, and in September 2021, they earned the "CompTIA Network+ ce Certification" from CompTIA.
