Marshall Zelaya has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 with roles at Best Buy including Customer Centric Department Manager, BestBuy for Business Account Manager Supervisor, and BestBuy for Business Account Manager. During this time, they led teams and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth. In 2013, Marshall worked as a Business Analyst at Regal Nails Salon & Spa LLC, where they focused on process improvement and documentation. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Marine Service Manager at Fire Protection Service, Inc., overseeing operations and managing a team. Marshall Zelaya obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Orleans, which was completed between the years 1997 and 2002.
