Meron Tamerat

Meron Tamerat has extensive experience in the field of benefits management and human resources. They began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Hilton Garden Inn in 2003, where they were responsible for overseeing employee benefit plans, recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. In 2004, they transitioned to Parsons and held the role of Senior Benefits Analyst. In this role, they led a team in planning, developing, and implementing health and welfare programs, as well as providing benefits assistance to a global employee base. They also supported employees during benefit plan transitions resulting from acquisitions. In 2018, Meron joined CGI as a Senior Benefits Specialist, continuing their expertise in benefits management. They recently moved to ValidaTek, Inc. in 2022 to continue their work as a Senior Benefits Specialist.
