Thomas Lee

Thomas Lee has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Thomas started their career as an intern at WVPT TV where they gained experience in operating cameras, lighting, and audio mixing. Thomas then worked as an Audio Engineer at Silver Spring Studios, where they mixed audio for various clients and managed voiceover recording sessions.

Thomas then transitioned into the IT field, starting as a Tier 1 Exchange Operations Support Center Help Desk at Cognosante. Thomas provided support for password resets and account unlocks for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal website. Thomas also received and troubleshooted calls for multiple systems.

After that, Thomas worked as a Technical Engineer at TJ Westlake, where they provided email and phone support for various applications. Thomas also facilitated Active Directory and Exchange account creations, transfers, and deletions.

Thomas then joined Phacil, Inc as a Tier 2 Application Support, where they provided support for proprietary and commercial software for the Department of State. Thomas also utilized TOAD for Oracle to analyze and modify data.

Currently, Thomas works at ValidaTek, Inc as a Platform Engineer, providing support for virtual machines and storage issues. Thomas also performs upgrades and monitors low space issues in the environment.

Throughout their career, Thomas has developed expertise in various technical areas such as Active Directory, Exchange, Oracle, and BMC Remedy.

Thomas Lee attended James Madison University from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Music with a focus on the Music Industry.
