Michael Horowitz

Michael Horowitz's work experience includes holding the role of CEO at Validation Cloud, a premier institutional infrastructure provider, since February 2022. Michael is responsible for offering enterprise-grade Node & Staking-as-a-service and enabling elite performance for global transactions.

Before that, they co-founded Seal Storage Technology in May 2021. Seal Storage is a decentralized cloud storage provider, which has become the largest decentralized storage company in North America. Michael has ambitions to expand its leadership worldwide.

Additionally, Michael was a co-founder at Validation Capital from October 2017 to January 2022. Michael also served as the General Partner at Chaintech Digital from November 2016 to December 2018. Earlier, they worked as a Principal at MHI Finance Corporation from 2014 to December 2018.

Earlier in their career, Michael held roles such as Managing Director at Cormark Securities from 2010 to 2013, Managing Director at Raymond James Financial Inc. from 2007 to 2010, Director at CIBC World Markets from 2003 to 2006, and Senior Vice President at BMO Capital Markets from 1997 to 2003.

Michael Horowitz attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. During their time at the institution, they specialized in the International Business Program - Europe.
