John Reese has an extensive work experience in the investment management industry. John founded Validea Capital Management, LLC. in 2004, where they built the business from the ground up and achieved as much as $1bn+ assets under management in partnership with National Bank of Canada. As the public face of the firm, they were featured in media outlets, conferences, and sales calls.
Prior to Validea Capital Management, LLC., John Reese founded Validea.com in 1997 and was its CEO. In 2007, they became a Portfolio Subadvisor for National Bank Consensus Funds. Before that, they founded and was CEO of Micro Networks of America, Inc. in 1985.
John Reese obtained their MBA from Harvard Business School from 1977 to 1979. Prior to that, they earned their BSEE from Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1970 and 1974, with a focus in Computers and Electronics.
