Jonathan Broer

Jonathan Broer currently serves as SVP of Business Development & Strategy at Validere, where responsibilities include leading global sales and serving as a senior advisor to the CEO. With extensive experience in investment banking, Jonathan led TD Securities' Investment Banking division in Europe & Asia-Pacific and was Managing Director overseeing financial institutions. Previous roles include Managing Director at Genuity Capital Markets and CIBC Capital Markets, and Vice President at Lehman Brothers. As a board member of Home Trust Company and the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce, Jonathan contributes to risk management and fosters business relationships. Jonathan holds a dual LLB/MBA from York University and a BA in Economics/Political Science from the University of Toronto.
