Matt Dougherty has over 19 years of experience in the technology industry. Matt began their career in 2001 as a Launch/Account Manager at ChannelAdvisor, where they managed eBay campaigns for companies such as IBM, Best Buy, Sears, Pioneer Electronics, Nokia, and Sony Ericsson. In 2007, they moved to Melbourne, Australia to help ChannelAdvisor launch their new office there, where they served as Account Manager, Manager of Rich Media Services, and Manager of Services Special Projects/Operations. In 2015, they joined Validic as a Support Engineer, and later transitioned to a Technical Account Manager/Implementation Specialist role. Matt currently serves as a Developer Support Analyst at Validic.

Matt Dougherty attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BA in Communication/Journalism.
