Sophy Ting

Sophy Ting is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Validio since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sophy held various positions at LogicMonitor from January 2020 to December 2023, including Manager and Team Lead of Technical Writing, as well as Senior Technical Writer. Previous experience includes a Technical Writer role at Unomaly from September 2016 until its acquisition by LogicMonitor in January 2020, and technical writing positions at Schibsted Media Group, Splunk, Advertising.com, and Cloudmark. Early career experience included roles as an Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineering Intern at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Sophy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University and completed a BA at Central High School of Philadelphia.
