Hardeep joined Validis in November 2019 as CFO. She has over 15 years’ experience in finance and leading financial teams and spent the last 8 years in the fintech sector focussing on growth and scaling up. She held leadership roles within the OpenPayd Group, Caxton and Smart Currency Group and currently sits on ACCA’s Financial Services network panel.
