Jonathan Goodwin has worked at Validis since September 2014, starting as a Customer Support Specialist and moving up to Customer Support Manager, then Service Operations Manager. Since April 2021, they have been the Head of Customer Support. In addition to their work at Validis, Jonathan has also hosted the Problem Busters Podcast since March 2020. Jonathan Goodwin attended Kingston University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree (BSc Hons) in Civil Engineering. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they were enrolled at Saint Francis Xavier for Industrial Science, although the specific degree earned during this time is not mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, in 2016, Jonathan obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation in project management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Most recently, in August 2022, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
