Luma Sonnier

Luma Sonnier has extensive experience in client onboarding and compliance within the background check industry, currently serving as Client Onboarding Lead at Validity Screening Solutions since May 2015, after initially holding the role of Client Onboarding Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting HR professionals, ensuring adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), providing system training, and managing accounts. Additionally, Luma worked as a QA Specialist, focusing on maintaining the accuracy of background check reports. Since September 2024, Luma has been a realtor at Keller Williams Platinum Partners. Prior experience includes serving as a Diversion Coordinator at BounceBack, Inc. from November 2006 to May 2015, where oversight of court-ordered diversion programs involved data entry, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
