Karen Friedrich is the Vice President of Enterprise & Channel Sales for Americas at Validity. Karen has over 15 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on channel sales and developing new relationships with healthcare companies. Prior to joining Validity, Karen was the Vice President of Channel Sales at MedeAnalytics, where they managed the channel sales team and helped develop new relationships with healthcare companies to refer and resell MedeAnalytics' SaaS solutions.

Karen has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Impact Advisors, where they were responsible for developing new federal teaming relationships and providing commercial business development for healthcare information technology strategic and advisory services. During their time at Impact Advisors, Karen created a new footprint in both federal and private sector healthcare organizations, implemented an organization-wide CRM tool, and established a marketing strategy.

Karen has a passion for helping healthcare organizations improve their financial health and the quality of care. Karen is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in developing new relationships, implementing innovative solutions, and driving results.

Karen Friedrich studied management at Syracuse University's School of Management.
