Dan Macklin is the President of Summer and a co-founder of SoFi, which achieved a valuation exceeding $18 billion at its IPO. Currently, they serve as a Venture Advisor at AI Fund and a Board Member at ValidMind, focusing on emerging technologies in finance. Previously, Macklin held various leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank for over a decade and was the CEO of Salary Finance in the U.S. They earned a Master of Science in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Business Economics from the University of Durham.
