David Clifton

David Clifton is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at ICE and serves as a Board Member at Mica and ValidSoft. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, they previously held roles such as Vice President of M&A and Integration at ICE and Assistant General Counsel at Intercontinental Exchange. David began their legal career as an Associate at McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP and later at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. David earned a J.D. from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.
