Greg Condray is a seasoned geosciences professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Geosciences Manager at Validus Energy since March 2024, Condray previously co-founded and held the position of Vice President at both Douglas Fairbanks Holdings, LLC and Washita Resources, LLC from February 2022 to March 2024 and January 2021 to March 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Condray was Executive Vice President at Roan Resources LLC from November 2017 to January 2020 and Division Exploration Manager at EOG Resources from October 2013 to November 2017. Early career positions included Geoscience Manager and Geoscience Coordinator at Chesapeake Energy, along with a tenure as Senior Geologist focused on exploration and development at Roan Resources.
