Jen Roche

Jen Roche, CPIM, is an experienced supply chain management professional currently serving as Principal at JRC Pharma Consulting LLC since August 2020 and as Director of Supply Chain Management at Validus Pharmaceuticals since September 2019. Previously, Jen held various leadership roles at Alvogen from April 2012 to October 2018 and at Kadmon Pharmaceuticals from October 2007 to April 2012, focusing on contract commercial products, production planning, vendor relationships, and procurement. Jen also worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals from November 2005 to October 2007. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a focus on Emerging Technologies and Multimedia from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
