Vineet Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vineet is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Validus Capital and has been in this position since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the President of Neobank from January 2022 to August 2023.
Before joining Validus, Vineet worked at DBS Bank as an Executive Director in the Regional Analytics team from March 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President in the same team from April 2018 to February 2021.
Vineet also has experience working at American Express, where they held multiple roles including Head of Marketing for Merchant Services in Singapore and Thailand from May 2016 to April 2018. Vineet also served as the Director of Online & Digital Strategy from April 2013 to May 2016, Director of Strategic Planning from April 2012 to March 2013, and Manager of Strategic Planning from March 2008 to March 2012.
In addition, Vineet began their career as an Intern at Procter & Gamble in Singapore in 2007. Vineet also worked as a Business Analyst - MIS at Reliance Infocomm in Mumbai, India from June 2004 to May 2006.
Vineet Agarwal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University in 2004. Vineet later pursued an MBA from the National University of Singapore, completing it in 2008. In November 2017, they obtained a certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing in collaboration with American Express.
