Long Phan has also worked with various Amazon Web Services including EC2, S3, RDS, Elasticsearch and more. Long's skills include PHP, Node.js, Redis, RabbitMQ, Python and other technologies. Long is also proficient in Linux, Apache DevOps and MySQL schema design and optimization.

Long Phan has a bachelor's degree in physics from Rutgers University.
