Jonathan Alboum

Jonathan Alboum is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Federal CTO and Principal Digital Strategist at ServiceNow since August 2019, Jonathan also holds advisory roles at Panum Group, LLC, Valimail, and NuAxis Innovations. Jonathan's previous leadership positions include roles as Deputy Director at USDA, overseeing a substantial procurement portfolio, and Chief Information Officer at USDA, where strategic IT modernization efforts were implemented. Jonathan has played significant roles at GSA as Associate CIO and IT Transition Executive, and has held senior IT positions at USDA's Food and Nutrition Service. Jonathan holds both a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
