John Cain

John Cain is an embedded systems engineer at Valinor, with an extensive background in electrical and computer engineering. They previously held roles at NASA as a Flight Software Engineer II and a Software Engineering Intern, contributing to significant projects including the Lunar Gateway space station and cloud platform development. John has also worked as a Firmware Engineer II at SmartSense by Digi, focusing on IoT sensor firmware, and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Fairfield University, where they developed an innovative aerial positioning system. They earned multiple degrees from Fairfield University, culminating in a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
