Daniel Webb is currently the Head of People Strategy Partnering at Valiram, where responsibilities include building a future-focused HRBP function aligned with brand growth, delivering data-driven workforce planning, coaching senior leaders, and promoting values-led leadership. Previously, in the role of Assistant Vice President - Group Talent at Valiram, Daniel led talent acquisition, development, employee experience, and internal communications across the group. Additional experience includes various managerial roles at DFS Group Limited, House of Fraser, and Next Ltd, focusing on sales and talent development. Daniel is also a mentor at FutureLab.my, supporting young Malaysians in career pursuits. Daniel holds an MDes in Interior Design from Coventry University and A Levels in Interior & Product Design, Psychology, and Sports Science from Richmond Sixth Form.
