Hall's previous positions include Laboratory Director at Eurofins Environment Testing and Environmental Chemistry Laboratory Lead at ICF, demonstrating a strong background in process optimization and quality management systems. They are currently the Director of Laboratory Operations at Valisure, leading an expanding laboratory team and driving operational excellence. Hall's education includes a B.S. in Environmental Chemistry from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
