Psycho-Spiritual Counseling | Narrative-Based Healing | Strategic Recovery Integration

Valkyrie Counseling Group is a private counseling practice rooted in lived experience, grounded in truth, and forged in the fires of transformation. We offer psycho-spiritual and narrative-based integration services for individuals navigating recovery, identity reconstruction, and life transitions—especially those who refuse to be defined by clinical labels or institutional systems.

Founded and directed by Steve Patterson, a transplant survivor, veteran, and certified addiction counselor with decades of experience in both spiritual practice and recovery work, Valkyrie stands at the crossroads of resilience and redefinition. We specialize in deep, story-driven healing strategies that honor the soul’s journey as much as the body’s recovery.

Our work blends clinical insight, mythic structure, trauma integration, and strategic life design. We serve seekers, survivors, and those who’ve outgrown the generic treatment model—offering not just tools, but frameworks that empower personal sovereignty, grounded spirituality, and lasting transformation.

Whether you're a veteran of recovery, a guide yourself, or someone walking through fire for the first time, Valkyrie Counseling Group is here to help you carry your story with strength, rebuild your path with strategy, and honor the power you’ve earned.
