Randy Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in naval operations and combat systems management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Valkyrie Enterprises, Randy oversees the IWS1 Program as a Program Manager for Naval Base Norfolk since October 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager for Integrated Warfare Systems at Commander Logistics Group Western Pacific, where Randy managed over $4.8 billion in ordnance and supported naval forces. Earlier positions include Combat Systems Officer at the Center for Surface Combat Systems, Systems Test Officer aboard USS Stethem, and leadership roles within the Mobile Mine Assembly Group and Navy Recruiting District Virginia.
