Frida Randa has over 25 years of international experience specializing in acquisitions, restructures, and human resource management. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of People, Global Business Partnering & Operations at Flexera, and Managing Partner at Valletech, which they co-founded. Frida’s past positions include Country Manager at Xerox and Head of HR at Menzies Aviation. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University and have studied Psychology at UCLA.
