Valley Environmental Consulting was founded by David M Walton, an experienced, independent environmental and planning professional and full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Nic Baddeley joined the VEC team in 2014 and provides Landscape Architecture and Masterplannnig services.

David has around 12 years experience in the environmental and planning sector in the public, private and third sector. David operates out of the Tyne Valley covering the North East and Cumbria.

With experience working for Durham City Council, White Young Green, Sustrans, and as a founder of the Groundwork Green Infrastructure Team, David can provide specialist advice and guidance in the following areas;
